I moved my family to the Town of Cary last year and I am very happy that I did. Originally from Philadelphia and a father of a 2 year old daughter, I was looking for a family oriented, safe enviroment where I could raise my family. My wife and I did some research and with some advice from my father-in-law and friends, took a family vacation to Cary, North Carolina. Some of the things we noticed right away was how clean and well-maintained the town was. We didn't see any trash in the streets or annoying billboard signs anywhere in the town. We drove around town for awhile and noticed many beautiful landscaped tree-lined neighborhoods, many with well-groomed lawns, 2 Car Garages, Swimming Pools and Golf Courses, we were hooked! I immediately contacted a Cary NC Real Estate Agent. He was able to search the Cary Real Estate Listings. He informed us that their were many options available including New Homes, Rental Properties, Townhouses and even Land for Sale. So off we went to look at some Homes for Sale in Cary, NC. He told us that Cary, NC schools were ranking at the top of all Wake County Schools and Real Estate Taxes were low ($2,600 in 2011). The Cary NC Real Estate Agent then showed us some available Cary Real Estate Properties, from Starter Homes to Luxurious Estates. The Agent then offered for us to look at some Houses in neighboring towns, Morrisville, Holly Springs and Apex, North Carolina, but we were already hooked on Cary. Soon after our vacation to Cary ended, we contacted the Real Estate Agent and returned to Buy a New Home in a nice community and quickly Relocated to Cary, NC. Even domestic goods giant Martha Stewert liked Cary so much that she combined with KB Homes to design and construct her own subdivision in the Town of Cary. So if your looking for a fast growing city with a small town charm, then Cary, North Carolina is the place to be!
